Once you approve your digital proof, standard production takes approximately 3-4 weeks. Shipping times will vary depending on your exact location in Canada.

For flawless printing—especially for Premium Foil and Raised 3D Ink—we require your logo in a vector format (.AI, .EPS, or a vector .PDF) with all text outlined. If you have only a PNG file please send it to us and we will contact you if it’s possible to use.

Yes! For our Silkscreen Printing technique, we use the Pantone Matching System (PMS) to ensure your corporate colours are replicated perfectly on the ribbon.

Yes! For a $30 setup fee, our production team will print a sample of your custom ribbon and provide high-resolution digital photos for your final approval. If your team requires the actual physical sample in hand prior to full production, please note that an additional international shipping fee from our manufacturing facility in China will apply. Let us know in your quote request, and we will provide the exact shipping cost and timeline.

We believe in transparent B2B pricing. All standard printing set-up fees are fully included in your quoted price per yard. The only additional cost is a nominal $30 charge only if you request a pre-production printed sample and digital photo approval before we begin the full manufacturing run.
